Fear over Scotish fairs

TRADITIONAL travelling fairgrounds are under threat in Scotland, it emerged yesterday.
Operators say that increasing red tape is making it more and more difficult to find suitable sites around the country.

Bird Fairs Ban now Lifted in UK

The Department for the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, (Defra) has lifted its ban on bird gatherings. The temporary EU-wide ban on bird fairs was introduced on 28th October as a precautionary measure against the spread of avian influenza.
